Thermal Solutions Cancellations & RefundsPayment is due in full 10 days before the start of the conference. Snell Infrared accepts checks, money orders, bank drafts, AMEX, Visa, and MasterCard. Purchase Orders are accepted with approved credit, and a hard copy MUST be received before attending the conference. Until payment is received, an attendee is not guaranteed a seat at the conference. If a person cannot attend the conference, a substitute may be sent at no additional cost. If the attendee cancels greater than one week before the start of the conference, Snell Infrared will refund their payment minus a $50 service fee. If a person cancels less than one week before the conference, Snell Infrared will refund their payment minus a $150 service fee. For cancellations within three days of the start of the conference, or if a person does not show up at the conference, there is no refund. |
